Are adultery/divorce inconsequential?

Added 06.25.2008 188 Views
Adultery and divorce are completely forgivable, but they are not inconsequential. Francis doesn't wear a pro-life bracelet that says "Life" as a seal of his failure, but as an acknowledgement that two of his children once lived, but were aborted. They had value. They had names. Even though he dishonored them in their death, he honors them with his life now. So too, for those who have experienced the pain of divorce. Better to go on living right, than to not go on living at all.
